PTA at Hooper Elementary: 

Volunteer

You can do as much or as little as you would like. That being said, we can always use volunteers! 

We appreciate all the help and support we get from teachers, parents, grandparents and the community. We can't do what we do without you!

The money used to enroll as an official PTA member goes to supporting activities for our students.  Click on the About Us page to learn more about these activities.

Come to Meetings

Everyone is welcome at our meetings. We would love to have your input!
Our meetings are usually held on the first Thursday of each month at 10:00 in the extra 6th grade room. 

Donate

   

Thanks to donations from parents and the community, last year Hooper PTA was able to sponsor many successful events such as our Reflections Contest, Grandparent Lunch, Breakfast with Books, Classic Skate Nights, Art Show, Field Day, Ribbon Weeks, Hank Smith Assembly, Back to School Night, Teacher/Staff Appreciation, Teacher Grants, and Field Trips. This year we hope to be able to continue these programs as well as add an after-school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Night,  and an end of year celebration for students and their families to attend.

These activities take money to pull off and PTA tries to raise funds to cover our expenses. This year our fundraisers will include selling t-shirts, holding book fairs, and partnering with Boosterthon for a fun run.

With your generous donation, we would be able to provide all these events and more this coming school year.  You can help us by supporting our fundraisers, making a one-time or continuing donation, providing grants, sponsoring specific school events or by donating goods and services to our school. Hooper Elementary PTA  is covered under the Utah State PTA as a 501(c)3 corporation so your gift is tax deductible. 

We are eager to have lots of parent/guardian support for the 2017-2018 school year!  We would especially love to see some new faces in our PTA. Support Our Team and help us make this a great year!
